Jake's Services
Therapeutic Massage
This service integrates his experience as a personal trainer and as a seasoned manual therapist to look at your anatomy from both perspectives. He can work in a targeted/goal-oriented manner to address muscular chains specifically or integrate your therapeutic needs into a full body service as well.
Pressure can always be adjusted according to your preference, comfort and how much is required to facilitate change in the tissue. Mobilizations, stretching, silicone myofascial cups, hot stones and stainless steel instruments are optional/complimentary and will only be implemented over areas of tension or as needed.

$70 for 45mins
$85 for 60 mins
$100 for 75 mins
$120 for 90 mins
$185 for 120 mins

She looks at the body globally to facilitate release, using hot stones, cupping therapy, essential oils and hot towels to aid the body in letting go.
Her approach to release is gentle and coaxing, but intentional.
